The following items cannot be returned:
If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.
If you want to exchange you just need return the item you do not wish to keep and we will arrange a refund on the returned item (when approved and when we receive the returned item). You can then make a purchase for the correct item when u have sent off the returned item, you do not need to wait for the item to be returned to make a purchase on the new item.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
